Several area plans have included the Lowry Avenue Bridge and surrounding neighborhoods. These plans are being studied to provide relevant information about the new Lowry Avenue Bridge.

Environmental Assessment

Replacing the Lowry Avenue Bridge is an important project that will affect neighborhoods and businesses for decades. As part of the decision-making process, an environmental assessment (EA) will be conducted to assess the social and environmental impacts of the project. Some of the items addressed in an EA include potential environmental hazards; fish, wildlife and ecologically sensitive resources; water quality; and historic resources.
